All paid tiers include the Tally sync agent, GST portal fetch access, the 8-tab filing workbook, and the 6-bucket reconciliation engine. Higher tiers add scale (more GSTINs, more clients), portfolio depth (batch import, assisted rollout), and support level.

Yes. 14 days, full Pro feature set, no card. We email a reminder 3 days before the trial ends; you can upgrade or let it expire (your data is retained 90 days post-expiry so you can resume).
Each unique 15-character GSTIN is one slot. A multi-state business filing under three GSTINs occupies three slots. A CA practice managing 30 client GSTINs occupies 30 slots — the Enterprise tier removes the limit.
Yes, with assisted plan changes. We pro-rate upgrades from the day our team changes the plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period (we don't refund partial months on downgrade — keeps the maths simple).
Pro covers up to 5 client companies (your firm + 4 clients). If you have 5-30 clients and don't need batch import or an assisted rollout yet, we'd suggest two Pro subscriptions over Enterprise — costs less, same per-client experience. Drop us a note at sales@m2ai.ai for an honest read on what fits.
No. The agent is free and unlimited on every paid tier. It's a Windows service that pushes vouchers + masters to your tenant; one Windows host can serve multiple tenants if you have multiple Tally companies.
GSP fees for GSTR-2B / 2A / 1 / 3B fetches are included in your Pro / Enterprise subscription. No per-fetch surcharge. We pass through GSTN's monthly portal-API call limits — typical SMEs never come close, but ultra-high-volume customers should talk to us so we plan capacity.
Application + edge runtime are deployed across Vercel's global network (closest edge to your user). The database (Supabase Postgres) is currently in Singapore. We're working on an India-resident database tier for customers who need Section 8 of DPDP-locality compliance — reach out if that matters to you and we'll prioritise.
Cancel from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@m2ai.ai. Monthly subscriptions stay active to the end of the period; annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you haven't exported a workbook in production. After cancellation we retain your data for 90 days so you can resume seamlessly.
We commit to 30 days' email notice before any price change takes effect. If we ever raise the price you can cancel before the change applies. No surprise hikes.
